At Umbrella Connections our staff have had over twenty years of living in the mental health community sector.

Developing understanding, insight and experience in knowing that everyone has strengths and weaknesses and by focusing on capacity each of us can have a fulfilling life.

By overlapping a Strengths based approach our support team can assist those negatively affected by mental health conditions to become safer, more connected and more fulfilled in their daily lives.

Anthony has worked in a variety of settings in the community including material aid, homelessness, group programs, individual support, capacity building, recovery coaching, support coordination, and management roles.

Reid Maxwell


Master in Psycho-Analytical Studies

Reid has had extensive psycho-social experience with people living with anxiety, bi-polar, schizophrenia, depression and personality disorders.

Bachelor of Applied Social Science (Counselling)

Rebecca is gentle and caring and enjoys the privilege of working closely with members of the community in a supporting role.

Jen is empathetic and compassionate by nature and enjoys working alongside her clients to build and develop their independence, self-worth and general wellbeing.

James is a senior executive with over 20 years’ experience leading business teams in a diverse range of private, public, local and global organisations.
